Social Worker (m/f/d) 70% with Italian Language Skills

On behalf of church communities and the Roman Catholic regional church, we operate Church Regional Social Services (KRSD) in the canton of Aargau.

For the social counseling of KRSD Aarau, we are looking for a committed social worker.

Your tasks

· Voluntary and low-threshold social counseling in German and Italian

· Youth counseling if interested

· Public relations, networking, and awareness-raising work within the team

· Design, maintenance, and strategic further development of the

digital online help platform of Caritas Aargau

· Internal operational tasks

You will be integrated into the Caritas Aargau team.

Your profile

· University of applied sciences degree in social work or similar

· Experience in counseling

· Good knowledge of German and Italian

· IT affinity and confident handling of common applications

· Transcultural competencies

· Good knowledge of the social system in the canton of Aargau

You are proactive, communicative, and work in a structured manner. You find it easy to juggle various tasks, set priorities independently, and keep an overview. You bring openness to working in a church environment and are eager to perform professional and innovative work for and with the people of the Aarau region.
