About the job

• you support and assist our key users and actively contribute to knowledge building (guides, training, best practices) around the CRM Salesforce 
• you ensure the stable, efficient operation of our CRM system Salesforce and support system monitoring 
• you process and prioritize 1st and 2nd level requests and forward more complex support cases to developers 
• you take on administrative tasks in Salesforce and support technical solution work and further developments 
• you create reports and dashboards and thus contribute to data-based decisions 
• you work on CRM-related projects and support the introduction of new Salesforce functions 
• you assist with release, deployment, and testing processes as well as maintaining technical documentation

• you have already worked with Salesforce or another CRM and have a good understanding of processes and requirements from the specialist departments 
• you ideally have experience in operational business application management and further development, preferably in the CRM environment 
• you are willing to regularly work at other locations (Lucerne, St. Gallen, Zurich, etc.) to support the team 
• you work in a structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious manner 
• you have technical understanding and enjoy working your way into new topics and tools 
• you document carefully and conscientiously carry out tests and bug fixes 
• you enjoy cross-departmental collaboration and project work
