We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented waiters to enrich our dining room team at the TRIBE Table restaurant of the TRIBE Hotel Milan Malpensa. If you have a passion for hospitality and want to work in an innovative and professional environment, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort customers to their tables.
• Present the menu, recommend dishes and drinks, and answer any questions related to food and beverages.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks attentively and professionally.
• Keep the restaurant and work areas clean and tidy.
• Handle any customer requests or complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to ensure excellent service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a dining room waiter/waitress in restaurants and bars.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of high-quality service standards and table service techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure, especially during busy times.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
• English language (B1-B2).
