What to expect
- Strategic and operational leadership of the social media team (three employees + apprentices) with a focus on inspiration, development, and performance
- Development, planning, and implementation of social media content for B2B and B2C channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- Conceptualization and realization of 360° social media campaigns for product launches, seasonal highlights, and brand activations
- Planning, implementation, and optimization of paid social campaigns to specifically increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness
- Management of complex, cross-media projects in close collaboration with editorial, PR, performance, and design teams
- Ensuring a consistent brand message and storytelling across all channels
- Data-driven analysis and optimization of all activities (including reporting to the Head of Content, Newsroom & PR)
- Situational collaboration with external agencies and partners – from the idea phase to success measurement
- Professional support, promotion, and motivation of apprentices, including targeted development of their creative and technical skills
What you bring
- Experience in a leading social media role (ideally in e-commerce, retail, or an agency with a broad client portfolio). Important: If you are a career changer (for example, as an influencer seeking your first corporate role), we are equally open to your application!
- Excellent sense for trends, platforms, and digital target groups – from awareness to conversion
- Experience in strategic conception and operational implementation of social media measures, including paid campaigns
- Leadership skills with proven experience in building and developing teams
- High creativity and storytelling competence – from snackable content to longform formats
- Strong project management skills, even for complex and time-critical projects
- Confident German, good French and English skills
- Proficiency with social media tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Ability to convince stakeholders at all levels and clearly present complex ideas
- An affinity for appearing yourself as a "brand face" in front of the camera
