To strengthen its Medicine department at the Moutier site, we are looking for the following specialist:

Job Description

• Lead the clinical activity at a senior level in internal medicine and participate in the on-call rotation of senior physicians, ensuring optimal and safe patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and train physicians in training, while coordinating care with nursing teams and other specialties to ensure an integrated and multidisciplinary approach.
• Actively contribute to the organization, optimization, and strategic development of the internal medicine service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation of services.
• Participate in institutional and strategic projects of Le Réseau de l’Arc, while ensuring rigorous follow-up of medical records, treatments, and interventions, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Hold an FMH specialist title in internal medicine (or recognized equivalent) or have MEBEKO registration/recognition in Switzerland, or be in the process.
• Confirmed hospital experience, ideally in a senior physician role.
• Proven skills in medical supervision, interdisciplinary work, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Sense of responsibility, professional rigor, and collaborative spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to quality medicine.
