What to expect
- Operational responsibility for the entire process of item and supplier onboarding from data collection to online activation
- Independent item creation in our ERP system and monitoring of the workflow
- Initiation and follow-up of content corrections as well as maintenance of item accessories
- Recording and billing of manufacturer bonuses, rebates, including dunning or control of automated billing
- Clarification of supplier inquiries in connection with customer feedback
- Handling of goods receipt problems (GRP)
- Further administrative tasks in consultation with the Product Manager
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training or retail training with appropriate further education, preferably in trade or e-commerce
- Initial professional experience in purchasing, product management or digital trade is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with Navision is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of English is an advantage
- Structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working with the right sense of priorities
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Passion for sports and outdoor activities
