Your main tasks:

• Conceptual further development of quality management
• Responsibility for the maintenance and development of the management system
• Support in the planning and control of financial, operational, and educational processes
• Control, monitoring, and optimization of business processes
• Planning, execution, and follow-up of audits
• Participation in overarching cantonal processes

Our expectations of you:

• Completed further training in quality management
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a multidisciplinary and heterogeneous environment
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes
• Persistence and pronounced communication skills
