In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labor (AFA) contributes to strengthening the location Zurich. The labor market policy competencies are bundled in the AFA. Around 650 employees work at more than 20 locations. The Qualification for Job Seekers (QuS) department organizes, together with external partners, a labor market measures (AMM) offer tailored to the needs of the labor market. These support the reintegration of unemployed persons into the labor market.
We are looking for competent support for this exciting role starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Support the product managers in daily business, projects, and administrative tasks
- Planning and coordinating activities within product management
- Advising RAV personnel consultants on questions regarding the use of the AMM offer
- Reviewing and processing individual course requests (IKG)
- Communication with providing institutions (course providers) regarding course implementation, cancellations, rebookings, and postponements
- Support in managing quality certificates, e-learning offers, and education subscriptions
Your profile:
- Commercial basic education with further training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good German, fluent in spoken and written
- Conceptual and organizational skills
- Teamwork skills, high communication and social competence
- High service orientation and quality awareness
- Affinity for further education and willingness to learn new things
