Volkhardt Haus- und Grundstücksverwaltung GmbH is a family office of the Volkhardt family. We manage properties consisting of single-family homes, condominiums, plots of land, and commercial properties. In addition, we rent out the commercial spaces in the Hotel Bayerischer Hof.

• Responsibility for the technical supervision and management of our real estate
• Competent support of tenants and customers
• Control, coordination, and awarding of external service and maintenance contracts
• Preparation of rental and construction contracts
• Implementation of cost and budget control, including verification of invoices as well as management of contract, performance, and warranty guarantees
• Active acquisition of new tenants and support in rental strategy

• Successful commercial training and further education with a real estate focus
• Technical understanding of construction and property-related matters
• At least 3 years of professional experience in property management
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office
• Sound knowledge of legal regulations (e.g., EnEV, rental and property law)
