Have you always been interested in payroll and social security topics? Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a high-quality payroll processing for around 2,300 employees. Your affinity for HR IT tools is warmly welcomed, as the digitalization of HR processes is important to us.

• Commercial basic education, supplemented by further training in payroll, social security, or HR
• Experience in a comparable function
• Knowledge of systems such as time management (Polypoint PEP) and sickness/accident notifications (UKA) is an advantage
• Sense and enthusiasm for process optimizations
• Team player with a flair for numbers

• Diverse and challenging area of responsibility with high personal accountability
• Participation in the further development of HR services
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Assumption and/or deputizing of HR IT tool responsibility
