For our group practice at the Bärau location, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (a) 40–50% starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks – versatile and responsible
- In this versatile role, you are the central hub in our daily practice routine
- You organize and triage the consultation hours and ensure a smooth, structured process
- At reception and on the phone, you are an important contact person – friendly, competent, and solution-oriented
- You professionally care for our patients – e.g., ECG, vital sign checks, blood draws, urine tests, injections, and infusions
- You prepare billing and support all administrative tasks
- You actively contribute to the conception, implementation, and further development of projects and processes
Your profile – professionally skilled and personally convincing
- You have completed training as a medical practice assistant
- You are a likeable personality and thrive in teamwork
- Your affinity for computers and billing are among your strengths
