IT Courts and Notaries
The High Court of the Canton of Zurich is the appellate instance in civil and criminal matters and also includes the commercial court. It is also responsible for the independent judicial administration of the Zurich civil and criminal courts as well as the notarial system.
The IT Courts and Notaries with around 45 employees ensure the reliable operation of the entire IT infrastructure for the High Court, the district courts, and the notaries of the Canton of Zurich.

Digitalization Specialist (80-100%)
Tasks
- Analysis of existing business processes at the courts
- Design and modeling of hybrid or fully digital processes in collaboration with specialists
- Initiation and management of smaller digitalization and optimization projects
- Consulting and support of court staff in dealing with digital tools
- Participation in the further development and modernization of specialized applications as well as taking over defined partial tasks
Profile
- You are a pragmatic, independent personality with analytical thinking skills and the ability to prepare complex issues in an understandable way.
- Professional or university degree in business informatics or a comparable education as well as experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Or a university degree in law with several years of experience at a court and a strong affinity for digitalization topics and process design
- Very good handling of MS Office products
- Structured and target group-oriented expression
- High social competence and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) as well as understanding of Swiss German
