- Identifying and prioritizing important tasks and responsibilities as well as effectively delegating to suitable employees to increase the efficiency and productivity of the team
- Effectively working within the HR department as well as in collaboration with line functions

Requirements
- Secondary education with additional training as an HR specialist (federal certificate)
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- French | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- Bilingualism German-French required
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Analytical thinking and understanding of the networking of internal processes
