Our team in Supply Chain Management is responsible for the procurement of pharmaceutical products, raw materials, and packaging materials. Also for customer support, consultation, and their timely delivery. For our customer service, we are looking for a
- Processing internal and external orders
- Customer consultation
- Supplier monitoring
- Obtaining approvals
- Creation and maintenance of master data in SAP
- Ensuring delivery capability, both timely and qualitative
- Close cooperation with purchasing and logistics
- EFZ Pharmacy Specialist or EFZ Drugstore Specialist (mandatory), preferably with
commercial further education
- Industry experience (mandatory)
- Very good SAP and MS Office skills (mandatory)
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- Very good communication skills, German/English spoken and written
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- High degree of personal responsibility and initiative
