Start of work: From February or according to availability until December 2026

After a short familiarization period, you will be involved in the workflows and gain extensive insight into all aspects of event management at a large university of applied sciences. Your tasks include:

• Supporting the event manager in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of various internal and external events
• Assisting in coordinating the ambassador team (recruitment and support of helpers at events and organization of social events)
• Co-designing and organizing the 20th anniversary celebration of the Health Department
• Independently taking on smaller projects such as staff events or online events (including holiday cover for the event manager)
• Contributing to event communication (invitations, flyers, social media)
• Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or tourism with a focus on event management
• Ideally, first professional experience in event management
• Reliable and independent person interested in the healthcare sector and event management
• You are an organizational talent, eager to learn new things, and appreciate working in diverse project groups
• Administrative tasks are by no means boring to you, and you are characterized by attention to detail
• You are an open and proactive personality with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
