Area Manager Filling Line Tetra/Glass (m/f/d) 100%

• Responsible for the filling of beverages while adhering to qualitative and quantitative specifications
• Responsible for general order and cleanliness at the filling lines and their surroundings in compliance with QM, QS, and EKAS requirements
• Technical and personnel management of 17 employees including personnel deployment planning of the assigned filling lines across all shifts
• Moderation of morning briefing and KVP point
• Application of problem-solving methodology and handling of internal error controls including derived measures
• Process owner for the assigned filling lines including documentation, training, and enforcement of processes, guidelines, and instructions
• Participation in projects related to the filling lines (new business, revision planning, new/replacement acquisitions, RPS projects, etc.)
• Continuous development of the professional and team competencies of the employees
• Introduction of new and temporary employees to the guidelines, processes, and culture of RSAG
• Recording and feedback of SAMA orders to the technical service

• Basic training in the food or technical industry
• Further education in food processing at a university of applied sciences or higher technical school or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in food production; experience in the beverage industry is an advantage
• Proven several years of leadership experience
• Strong sense for production processes, lean management, and topics of hygiene and quality assurance
• Independent, efficient, and reliable working style
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, good SAP knowledge is an advantage
