In the key role as Sales Manager in B2B, B2C, you are responsible for the further development of sales. As a sales professional, training our own sales staff, selling at public and networking events, as well as expanding our corporate client business are among your main tasks.
Your tasks – You make things happen:
• You manage to motivate our own sales staff to peak performance
• You inspire our customers with your top-notch advice and are strong in closing deals
• You support the shop managers in daily business and motivate the entire team
• You acquire corporate clients and excite them about sustainable, efficient, and health-promoting mobility
• You keep an overview of operational processes and implement sales strategies to make our shops even more successful.
Your profile – what you bring:
• You have completed training in sales, retail, or a comparable industry and have already gained initial experience in field sales, ideally in the mobility, sports, or bike sector.
• Initial leadership experience or the willingness to take on responsibility distinguishes you.
• Your passion for vehicle technology, sustainability, and mobility is reflected in your solid product knowledge
• You inspire our employees and customers with your consulting skills and communication strength.
• You work organized, independently, and flexibly, remain resilient even in busy times, and bring team spirit and motivation to achieve success together.
• You are flexible and willing to work on weekends, Saturdays, or at evening events.
• Very good German language skills, French language skills are an advantage
