What you can achieve
- Management of the school administration including recording and maintaining all data of the students from registration to their departure (school administration software Escada)
- Implementation and processing of the absence system
- Administrative preparation of the standardized individual general education exam as well as evaluation of the results for the Office for Vocational Education
- Handling general secretarial tasks in a committed team
What distinguishes you for this
- Commercial basic training or media technician
- Good user knowledge of Windows Office programs
- Confidence and skill in correspondence
- Independence, reliability, team and communication skills
