As a member of a dynamic team in the Equities & Structured Products area, you can expect a versatile and challenging range of tasks. You will take on responsibilities related to the issuance and the entire lifecycle of structured products and contribute significantly to the success of the business area through your responsible interface function. In your daily work, you will be in close contact with our sales and trading teams, specialists from risk monitoring, documentation, legal and IT, as well as the back office and our subsidiary Zürcher Kantonalbank Finance (Guernsey) Ltd.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for all activities in the lifecycle of structured products (issuance, adjustments, corporate actions, expiration process)
- Identification and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Administrative and operational support of the sales and trading teams in the equities and structured products area
- Maintenance of master data and business recording in front-office systems
- Coordination and resolution of ad-hoc production issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as IT departments
- Active use and promotion of digital solutions and automation
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by additional training in finance (or currently in training)
- Initial professional experience in securities
- Enthusiasm for derivatives and structured products
- Reliable, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Resilience and teamwork skills in a dynamic environment
- Very good German and English skills
- Affinity for technology and interest in digital solutions and automation
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Curiosity and willingness to learn to better understand business models and contexts
