Your Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive School Bus Operations Services Team Lead (DE/ENG) to oversee and coordinate our school’s transportation services. This role ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused daily bus operations for students and staff.
You will lead a small team of drivers, plan and optimize routes, and act as the main liaison between families, drivers, and the school’s Facilities & Operations department.
What makes you our ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in transportation management, logistics, or fleet coordination.
- Fluent in German and English (both required); local area knowledge is a strong advantage.
- You hold the CZV certification, in case you need to drive.
- Valid D1 driver’s license (nice to have).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage operational challenges calmly and efficiently.
- Having a valid Swiss working permit and living close to the School.
