Advising Sarah and Louis on financing their car, opening an account for little Théa who has just been born, helping Isabelle prepare for her retirement or Valentin finance his studies … On a daily basis as well as in key moments of life, you support customers in developing their projects.
You join a warm, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognized among our advisors.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and advising your clients by offering products and investments adapted to their needs (means of payment, consumer credit, insurance, savings, etc.) to build customer loyalty
- Contributing to the dynamism of your branch by developing your portfolio through acquiring new clients and their recommendations
- Analyzing your clients' financial situation and the risks related to operations
- Working in synergy with our experts within the Bank to support you in your clients' specific projects (wealth management, zero-interest loans, etc.)
- Developing clients' autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

• Gifted with excellent interpersonal skills and a true sense of listening, your priority is to support your clients' projects with ethics and responsibility to meet their expectations
• You know how to persuade and demonstrate pedagogy towards your clients
• Dynamic and positive, you enjoy working in a team and show adaptability in all circumstances
• Organized and rigorous, you know how to prioritize your actions
You hold a Bac +2/+3 diploma in the commercial or banking field, with initial commercial experience
Within 6 months of starting your position, you may be required to pass the AMF certification.

Compensation package: Fixed 27,000€ - 34,000€, Variable, Profit-sharing, Participation
