Clerk Sales Internal Service Reporting & Processes (100%)
In this versatile and responsible role, you support the internal sales as well as the field sales and ensure that our processes run smoothly. The focus of your activity is in the area of reporting and process reliability – with plenty of room to develop professionally and personally.
THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Creation and analysis of sales and revenue evaluations
- Creation of returns and activity statistics
- Controlling promotions and measures including deriving optimizations
- Administrative support in the entire order processing and customer service process (collective orders, partial export)
- Ensuring stable, efficient, and timely processes in daily business, including the operational handling of liquidation actions as well as seasonal carnival and Halloween business.
- Processing and clarification of EDI error messages
- Support of the field sales and merchandisers in handling tablets
- Close cooperation with marketing, purchasing, logistics, key account management, finance, and external partners
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel for evaluations and reports
- Enjoyment of numbers, analyses, and structured work
- Willingness to learn, initiative, and pronounced service orientation
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and enjoyment in contact with internal and external partners
- Experience in internal sales, but motivated beginners with willingness to learn are also welcome
