Profile
- Completed training in social or healthcare (e.g., nursing specialist FH/HF, FaBe, FaGe or similar)
- Experience with people with challenging behavior – or the motivation to develop in this area
- Independent, responsible way of working
- Team spirit, enjoyment of communication, and the ability to keep a cool head even at night
