Get involved in our customer service and help ensure the satisfaction of Winterthur residents with our services. You can expect a varied range of tasks in a dynamic and changing environment:- You answer customer inquiries by phone or in writing, carry out clarifications, and inform our customers about our energy products.
- You perform administrative tasks (e.g., managing master data, handling complaints).
- You gladly take on responsibility and participate in future projects.
Your Profile
- You have a commercial or technical vocational training EFZ and several years of experience in customer service in the service industry. Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
- You work in a structured and careful manner and are service- and customer-oriented. As an open, flexible, and communicative person, you quickly integrate into the team.
- Your quick comprehension and networked thinking enable you to recognize connections and actively participate in finding solutions.
- High IT affinity as well as good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and CM.
- Very good written and spoken German skills, good knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage (English, French, Italian, etc.).
