• Technological responsibility: As a Data Engineer and Project Manager, you take responsibility for interface projects, complex data transformations, and their successful implementation. You make our customers' workday easier through optimally networked systems and innovative solutions. You see yourself as a pioneer and like to take the lead – thanks to this personality, you develop new concepts for automated and optimized processes with our customers, external partners, and internal contacts.
• Project management and coordination: You lead and coordinate interface projects as well as external partners and internal stakeholders. Your clear communication and organizational talent help you successfully implement projects from planning to completion.
• Consulting and conception: In your daily work as a Data Engineer, you develop customized concepts for automated interfaces together with our customers to optimize processes and help them get the best out of their data.

YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:

• Project and personal responsibility: You like to take responsibility, decide proactively, and are able to lead projects clearly, structured, and with a cool head even in hectic times.
• Analytical thinking and technological expertise: You bring enthusiasm for data structures, business contexts, and modern technologies. Your SQL and programming skills (preferably also Python or similar languages) are ready to use and can support business processes.
• Flexibility and motivation: You are resilient, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and like to work independently and solution-oriented.
• Education and experience: A technical or commercial basic education with further training in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable discipline forms your foundation. Your experience in IT project management and data engineering gives you the decisive advantage.
• Personality: We look forward to a structured, uncomplicated, humorous personality who brings the necessary drive to infect their counterpart directly.
