Accounting Employee 40% (m/f/d)
The Accounting Department in the Finance and Administration area is responsible not only for the bookkeeping of Caritas Switzerland but also for the bookkeeping of various mandate accounts.
Your tasks
- Managing accounts payable
- Processing and posting accounts payable invoices
- Coordinating and posting credit card statements
- Conducting international payment transactions
- Maintaining master data
- Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
Our requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in accounts payable accounting
- Solid IT skills (MS Office, Abacus knowledge is an advantage)
- Careful, precise working style and good numerical flair
- Strong teamwork skills and customer orientation
- Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
The workplace is in Lucerne and part of the workload can be done in the home office.
Start date: 01.05.2026 or by arrangement.
