Your tasks

Perform precision machining of aircraft engine components according to OEM specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards

Program and operate NC and CNC control systems (e.g., Heidenhain, Siemens)

Manufacture and optimize production tools and fixtures

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machining equipment

Create and update Job Cards and ensure process compliance

Continuously improve shop processes following Lean and Continuous Improvement principles

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace according to 5S and safety standards

Your Profile

Completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ), e.g., Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, or equivalent

2–4 years of experience in NC/CNC machining and programming

Experience with control system programming (Heidenhain or Siemens preferred)

Independent, precise, and structured working style

Reliable team player with a strong quality and safety mindset

Basic IT skills and willingness to work in a two-shift system

Fluent in German (spoken and written); English at least A2 level
