Development and implementation of educational sequences on the topic "Education in the Workplace" for participants in internal work assignments
Conducting and evaluating language assessments to determine language proficiency
Collaboration in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new course offerings
Internal cooperation with referring agencies, professional exchange, maintaining statistics, evaluations, as well as general administrative tasks

Federal professional certificate trainer* or vocational qualification EFZ with methodological-didactic additional training (at least SVEB certificate), teaching diploma, or similar
Several years of experience in supporting and accompanying adults unaccustomed to learning with limited German skills
Networking skills and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
