Your Trainee ProgramIn our trainee program, you have the chance to gain diverse experiences. You build expertise, make contacts, and can help shape our core business.
About our department and your first two assignments:
Product and channel management is a central driving force of the bank. As a pace-setter and driver of ideas and projects, we ensure in the department that customers have easy and quick access to our needs-based products and experience the best possible customer experience. We act as an interface to sales, marketing, IT, and other departments.
As part of your trainee program, you will gain a varied insight into two central areas of our group:
- Omnichannel Management
You support the further development of our digital channels and self-services and actively participate in projects. This includes market and trend observations, evaluating customer feedback, and validating hypotheses with internal and external data – to make well-founded decisions for new ideas and offers.
- Product Management in the Investment Area
Additionally, you gain experience in product management for investments & retirement provision. You contribute to analyses, concepts, and projects and independently take on initiatives as well as operational tasks in day-to-day business.
How your program works
In 20 months, you will complete three varied assignments and immerse yourself in different areas. The first 12 months of your program are predefined. Of these, you spend 6 months in Omnichannel Management and another 6 months in Product Management. You determine your subsequent elective assignment together with your contacts during the program. This way, you receive an individual, practice-oriented training.
