Under the responsibility of your tutor, you will thrive daily in the department's activities, namely:
- Entering individual / corporate / tour operator reservations
- Answering calls in support of the team: the idea is to take a message when all lines are busy
- Managing daily reports: checking reservations entered the day before, verifying cancellations and no-shows
- Entering rooming lists for groups

You are a student in a hotel school or equivalent.
You are comfortable speaking and writing in French and English.
You are organized, rigorous, and proactive.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
You have a great capacity to memorize clients' habits and preferences.
Your enthusiasm and team spirit will allow you to thrive in your tasks.
