Your Tasks
You want to do more than "just" care? As a team leader and certified nursing specialist, you take on a central role in the residential area.
You plan the day and staff deployment so that everything runs smoothly. You ensure high-quality care and professionally manage the nursing documentation. You implement the Domicil mission statement as well as internal concepts, standards, and goals in everyday life. You create a clear daily structure, support the onboarding of new colleagues, and ensure the economical use of resources. You are also responsible for performance recording using RAI and the continuous development of care quality.
Your Profile
You are a professional with overview, heart, and leadership strength:
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Leadership training or willingness to complete one
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in guiding a team
- Respectful interaction with residents and employees
- Organizational talent, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Perseverance combined with healthy assertiveness
- Communicative, confident personality
