Your new role
The safety officer (SiBe) of the city of St. Gallen is responsible for occupational safety and health protection of the employees and customers of the administration. They advise and support the directorates, departments, and employees on issues of occupational safety and health protection. They develop safety concepts and manage the internal emergency organization with the area safety officers (BeSiBe). This is a newly created position that must be independently established and solidified.
This position is for you if you
- have completed further training as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) with a federal diploma.
- have proven professional experience in a similar role.
- bring experience with management systems and the implementation of ASGS model solutions.
- have high self-competence and initiative.
- bring experience in project management.
