For the Schweizerhalle location, we are looking to strengthen our small HR team in the Personnel & Communication area with an experienced colleague as a HR Business Partner 80–100%, focusing on Recruiting, Employer Branding & HR Systems.
Your role: In this versatile HR function, you support our company in all HR processes along the employee life cycle – with a special focus on recruiting new employees, their onboarding, the maintenance of our HR system landscape (SAP Super-User), as well as support in the optimization of our core HR processes and administrative workflows (workflows, tools, aids). Your goal: to ensure optimal HR operations and services, strengthen our employer brand, and successfully fill key positions.
Your main tasks
- End-to-End Recruiting: Independent management of the entire recruitment process – from needs assessment to contract signing – including the development of innovative social media recruiting strategies
- Further development of our employer brand with suitable personnel marketing concepts to strengthen employer branding.
- Advising managers in the recruitment process and on general HR matters.
- Creation and publication of job advertisements in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
- Maintenance of our applicant management system and ensuring a professional candidate experience.
- Support and further development of HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors), creation of reports, ensuring data quality, and first-level support for users.
- HR administration: Preparation of employment contracts, references, and HR documents, maintenance of personnel files, as well as support with onboarding and offboarding.
Your qualities as a professional and person
- Completed training at the level of HR specialist with additional training in personnel management (employer branding/personnel marketing, HR business partner role)
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner from an industrial environment with a focus on recruiting across various functional areas.
- Sound knowledge of interview techniques and selection procedures; initial experience in active sourcing is an advantage.
- Proficient use of common HR tools and applicant management systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
- Very good German skills; good French skills are an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style, high service orientation, and enjoyment of working with people.
