Job description
We are currently looking for an Industrial IT Support - M/F/X to join our IT Equipment teams located in the canton of Bern in Switzerland.
The selected person will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the industrial IT infrastructure, as well as incident management and participation in migration projects.
🔥 Your responsibilities
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the industrial IT infrastructure.
- Manage and resolve IT incidents, tickets, and problems.
- Participate in migration projects and system updates.
- Apply security measures and propose improvements for the IT infrastructure.
- Write technical documentation and train users on new technologies and procedures.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure process efficiency and synergy.
- Commission industrial IT equipment.
🎯 Your profile
- You have experience as an IT, office automation, system, and network technician.
- You master Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- You have the ability to diagnose and resolve IT incidents.
- You possess skills in industrial IT infrastructure maintenance.
- You are able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- A strong preference will be given to candidates with local roots and knowledge of the regional industrial sector.
