Customer Advisor (m/f/d) 80-100% Suhr

To complement our team at the Suhr travel center and for replacements in various travel centers around the Wynental and Suhrental railway, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as a Customer Advisor immediately or by agreement.
Your tasks
- You advise our customers on public transport offers and ancillary products and actively sell them
- You advise our customers on leisure offers (city trips / event tickets, etc.) and sell the corresponding packages / tickets
- You sell and manage products of the ancillary business (shop)
- You assist in handling customer concerns
Your profile
- Qualification as retail specialist in public transport EFZ, commercial employee in public transport EFZ, or equivalent training
- Experience in selling public transport products
- Good CASA and MS Office skills
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
