Apprentice Hospitality and Housekeeping Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)
Together with our team, you ensure that the rooms at Hotel Pilatus Kulm**** and Hotel Bellevue*** radiate a welcoming atmosphere and that our guests feel optimally cared for. Vocational school is attended as block lessons at Schulhotel Regina near Interlaken.
The following exciting training areas await you
- Preparation of hotel rooms and premises: cleaning, maintenance, and room design, laundry supply, decoration, hygiene
- Service for half-board, à la carte, and banquet guests, breakfast service, preparatory and follow-up work
- Guest care at the reception including check-in, check-out, reservations, administrative tasks
- Inventory management in logistics: ordering and storage of laundry as well as food and beverages
- Occupational safety and health protection
What characterizes you
- Successful completion of secondary school
- Skilled hands and enjoyment of housekeeping tasks
- Sense of cleanliness and order as well as hygiene awareness
- Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Warm, team-oriented, and service-minded personality
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends (one to two times per week late shifts including overnight stays on the mountain)
