In northeastern Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for competence around cars, customer proximity, and innovation for almost 50 years. Now the family is opening a new chapter and expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with a show kitchen and bar, banquet, event, and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites, will be newly created.
For this exciting project, we are looking for committed personalities – both employees and managers in deputy roles – who want to help shape it from the very beginning.

Your main tasks:- You prepare our dishes with care and passion – so that our guests are culinary delighted
- You support menu design and contribute ideas – so that our offerings remain fresh, creative, and varied
- You work hand in hand with the service team – because a perfect guest experience is created together
- You ensure efficient organization in your work area – so that everything runs smoothly even in stressful moments
- You ensure strict compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations – for a clean and safe working environment
- You want to be part of a unique success story and are motivated to actively help shape new things
- You think ahead, bring your own ideas, and find goal-oriented solutions – in all areas
- You are a trained professional in the kitchen or gastronomy field or bring corresponding interest, willingness to learn, and initial experience in the kitchen
- You work carefully, efficiently, and quality-conscious – and keep an overview even in hectic moments
