IT Product Specialist (80-100%)
Your Challenges
As a Product Specialist, you are the central contact person for our customers and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The following tasks await you:
- You competently advise and support our customers from requirements analysis through the parameterization of our software to the implementation of individual solutions.
- You work closely with the various specialist teams to implement the requirements efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- In addition, you coordinate software releases and handle incident reports.
Your Profile
- Completed studies (FH, university) in business administration, business informatics, or computer science.
- In-depth knowledge of the credit sector, especially in the area of mortgage loans.
- Strong technical understanding to translate professional requirements into applicative solutions.
- Committed, solution-oriented personality with initiative and team spirit.
- Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a structured, methodical way of working.
- Professional appearance, high customer orientation, and pronounced communication skills.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
