Head of Quality (100%)

Starting date: as soon as possible

Your role:

In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, champion a culture of quality, and play a key part in shaping innovative products that make a real impact. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure excellence at every stage—from development to delivery—while growing your career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

What you will own: 

• Management of a team of 3 people: Quality Control Technicians and a Quality Engineer.
• Master the strategy, policies, processes, and procedures of the Quality Department to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure outgoing quality (testing of drones and spare parts, debugging).
• Ensure certification ISO9001.
• Manage supplier quality (from product development to mass production, supplier performance, and support for the Purchasing Department).
• Manage the lifecycle of quality alerts, from identification to closure.
• Ensure that necessary corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
• Define testing requirements and procedures (including the development of new test benches).
• Collaborate with the Customer Support Department to understand and resolve issues reported from the field.
• Collaborate with the Firmware/Software Quality Engineer.
• Lead the certification process for our products.
• Communicate quality requirements and promote improvements during serial production activities or during the development and introduction of new products.
• Communicate effectively within the organization to provide information, promote alignment, and foster a quality-oriented culture.
• Develop an action plan to strengthen the quality culture within R&D activities.

Your profile:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in managing quality department in industry
• Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Quality Dev is a strong plus
• Fluent in French and English
• Ability to share and implement a vision for quality, very good communicator, strong ability to drive change
• Inspiring leader able to coach their team in a challenging environment
