Tasks
- Professional management of the ward with 14 inpatient beds and 4 day clinic treatment places for the medical-therapeutic treatment of mentally ill people, usually of retirement age or with age-typical diseases
- Integrative work, preferably with a systemic focus, in the interdisciplinary team and teaching/coaching of the assistant physician as well as independent psychotherapeutic treatment
- Implementation of the treatment concept, including leading group therapy and coaching of group therapy offerings
- Networking work with outpatient therapists, the patient’s relationship network, as well as public relations and background service inpatient in collaboration with the team
Profile
- FMH title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or equivalent with existing or desired specialty title "Geriatric Psychiatry and Psychotherapy"
- Interest in psychotherapeutic work with older people, preferably systemic orientation
- Somatic knowledge and experience advantageous
- Good communication skills and willingness to integrate into a functioning interdisciplinary team
