About the job
In this role, you will act as a trusted local HR partner, working closely with the Head of HR to support key business partnering activities while building strong, collaborative relationships with managers and employees.
Your main duties will include:

Act as a trusted local HR contact, supporting the Head of HR in business partner and local location specific responsibilities.

Foster effective collaboration with managers and employees, and manage local tasks such as mail distribution, well-being support, and other related activities.

Coordinate/Oversee operational support across the full employee lifecycle at the local level in cooperation with HR Operations, including onboarding and offboarding.

Act as the primary interface between local HR operations and GBS HR Operations, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of processes.

Oversee the correct handling of attendance, absences, and compliance with local regulations.

Serve as the primary liaison with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with the Head of HR.

Manage and coordinate tasks related to Swiss social insurances (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, BVG, UVG, KTG, Child allowance), ensuring compliance and proper administration executed by HR Operations.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

1–3 years of experience in a comparable role within an international environment.

Solid knowledge of payroll and social insurance processes, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution.

A team-oriented, collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and cultures.

Excellent command of English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
