What you will do here
- Strategic and operational management of the nursing research department as well as representation of nursing research in the faculty management committee
- Innovatively further develop nursing through acquisition and management of research and third-party funded projects
- Advance nursing research - together with the leaders of the five research groups - by coaching the leaders and promoting talents and mixed profiles
- Expand and maintain the national and international network as well as represent in disciplinary and interprofessional contexts
- Teaching at the master’s level including supervision of master’s students and knowledge transfer, e.g. into continuing education
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree in nursing or health sciences with a doctorate; habilitation desired
- Several years of experience in nursing research, including successful third-party funding acquisition and project management as well as experience in university teaching
- Participative leadership and management style, interest in further developing nursing research and the leadership level as well as team members
- Experience in interprofessional collaboration and anticipation of future trends
- A network that is brought into contact maintenance and targeted networking
The title Professor* can be used if the requirements according to the BFH personnel regulations are met.
