- Central contact point for internal and external concerns (email and telephone)
- Management and archiving of electronic patient records
- Writing, editing, and sending medical reports
- Support with IV and insurance inquiries
- Handling daily mail and processing file requests including redaction of files
- Friendly reception of patients and case opening in ORBIS (outpatient/inpatient)
- Support with service recording
Your Profile
- Commercial training with further education as a medical/clinic secretary or MPA
- Ideally professional experience in a psychiatric practice or clinic
- Experience in editing medical reports and confident use of medical language is an advantage
- Proficient use of common office software and modern communication tools
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form at a high level
- Strong service orientation, quick comprehension, as well as efficient and precise working style
- Punctuality, teamwork skills, and a structured working method complete your profile
