Your Tasks
- Following the guiding principle "Closer to people," you work together with the team to ensure the satisfaction and quality of life of the residents
- In everyday life, you competently perform basic care according to individual needs
- You adhere to hygiene guidelines and also take on household tasks
- You keep the care documentation complete and independently
What You Bring
- Training as a nursing assistant, or AGS, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in long-term care and enjoyment of the important, meaningful, and versatile nursing profession
- Good oral and written German skills
