Do you want to work in a highly dynamic environment? We seek a Sales & Relationship Manager to join our Sales Switzerland & Liechtenstein team in Zurich, responsible for serving as a reliable and trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships at all levels within client organizations, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. What You Will Do
• Serve as a reliable and trusted point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and requests efficiently and effectively.
• Build strong relationships at all levels within client organizations, earning trust through credibility, consistency, and results.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our services.
• Understand client needs, market trends, and regulatory dynamics to anticipate challenges and offer tailored solutions.
What You Bring
• Experience in sales and/or client relationship management, ideally in financial services or a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term partnerships.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Commercial acumen and a natural feel for identifying opportunities, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and German required; additional languages are an advantage
