Whether as a sales manager focusing on strategic customer development or as a sales engineer with technical know-how – you build bridges between customer needs and feasible solutions.
You are the person who develops, defines, and implements all sales and marketing strategies with the management.
HR & Administration 70 – 80%
Your area of responsibility:
You are the central contact person for all personnel-related topics. With your commitment, you contribute to further developing our company as an attractive employer and support our colleagues with their concerns.
- You are the central contact person for all HR and administrative matters in compliance with legal requirements
- You are responsible for the entire HR administration from entry to exit, including maintenance of personnel master data as well as the creation of employment contracts and references
- You bear overall responsibility for the application process including applicant communication as well as organization and conduct of interviews with the responsible specialists
- You support and are responsible for HR processes in the business case lending and are the direct contact person for our customers
- You work with the HR system Rexx and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of HR processes
- You maintain regular contact with the parent company Glatt-HR and ensure smooth cooperation
- You are the first contact person for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- You will take over payroll processing in the future
Your applicant profile:
- Completed commercial training (KV) with additional training as a personnel clerk
- At least three years of professional experience in the commercial sector in an SME environment with a focus on the life sciences industry
- High affinity for digital tools and media as well as a structured way of working
- Strong organizational skills and an independent, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience with ERP systems: e.g., Actricity
- Team player with a proactive and cooperative working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, combined with a high level of service orientation
- Precise and quality-conscious working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Confident German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to use modern technologies efficiently
- Reliable and team-oriented personality with a pronounced entrepreneurial understanding
