What to expect

You will be the interface between the customers of HRM Systems and Suva. You can expect the following two main tasks:

• You will manage your own customer portfolio of 20–30 companies insured by Suva. You will support them in optimizing claims and premiums with the help of your data analyses and recommendations for action. The in-house developed software solution UKA Solutions, which consolidates all accident reports and data, will be available to you as a basis. You are the central point of contact for your customers regarding complex technical questions about accident insurance and accompany them in insurance matters during company restructurings, acquisitions, or spin-offs. Your direct contacts are HR specialists, safety consultants, or decision-makers at the management level.
• Your second main task is to analyze Suva's premium intentions and represent your customers' interests in premium negotiations. You achieve this by always being informed when relevant parameters for calculating premiums change at customers. You maintain close communication with Suva experts and familiarize yourself with their assessment procedures.

Furthermore, you like to think outside the box and ensure that customers use the products and services of HRM Systems to the optimal extent. Over time, you can actively contribute to the further development of the products.

What you bring

• Completed studies in business administration or business informatics
• You bring the potential and motivation to familiarize yourself with the field of accident insurance
• Enjoyment of consulting and communication at various hierarchical levels
• Analytical thinking ability, interest in data analysis, and business context
• Negotiation-safe German skills as well as fluent French (or the motivation to bring your French to C-level in a short time)
