We provide education at Lake Zurich

The Lake Zurich Education Center (BZZ) is a cantonal vocational school with locations in Horgen and Stäfa.

We train apprentices in the professions of media technology, computer science, and childcare and offer commercial training programs. Computer science middle school students attend specialized classes at BZZ. As a recognized vocational baccalaureate location, we offer the BM orientation in Business and Services, type Business.

We are looking for a teacher mbA for English (80%) starting September 1, 2026.

• Teaching English in the professions of childcare specialist, media technician, computer scientist, commercial apprentices EFZ/EBA, and in BM1
• Further development of teaching as a member of the English subject group
• Implementation of the reform for commercial apprentices EFZ and EBA BiVo 2023
• Willingness to take on organizational, methodological-didactic, and pedagogical additional tasks within the framework of school development (mbA teacher)

• Master's degree in English and teaching diploma for baccalaureate schools
• Teaching experience at EFZ and BMS level and/or at EFZ and EBA level
• Teaching experience in the profession of childcare specialist – experience teaching learners with compensatory measures
• Confident use of digital media in teaching
• High social competence and enjoyment in working with young learners
• Experience in planning and conducting interdisciplinary projects and modular teaching
• Experience in leading subject groups
