Location: Home office / Rotkreuz or KönizWorkload: 80-100%Tasks:Assuming the role of technical lead in our SecOps teamTechnical mentoring of employeesPlanning & conducting internal workshops and trainingResponsible for the general support of security-relevant topics on Linux (e.g. hardening, compliance, auditing)Responsible for the general support of security-relevant topics on Windows (e.g. hardening, compliance, auditing)Implementation and operation of Microsoft Defender for Linux and TrendMicro for LinuxCreation of Bash and Python scripts to automate routine tasks, monitoring and reportingPlanning, operation and further development of WAF, PAM and IAM solutionsCollaboration with internal teams on security analyses and participation in security incidentsYour profile:Completed studies in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualificationExperience in mentoring employeesSolid experience in the Linux environment (Debian, RHEL, etc.)Good knowledge in the field of DevSecOpsBasic understanding of modern web application securityPractical experience with SIEM/SOAR systemsKnowledge of working with Defender for Linux and TrendMicro solutions is desirableGood programming skills in Bash and PythonTeam player, high initiative and structured way of workingGerman and English spoken and written
