Your profile:

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, journalism, communication, or psychology
• Initial work experience as a project manager in the field of personnel & organizational development is an advantage
• High resilience and excellent self-organization
• You are motivated and ready to continuously develop yourself
• You master German perfectly in spoken and written form, and you also feel comfortable in customer contact using the dialect
